Processing your order

We are alerted as soon as you place an order - thank you so much it really means the world!

We will pack your items and send your parcels as quickly as possible.

We work Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and we dispatch all orders within 2 working days. All of our orders are wrapped in eco-friendly packaging and are delivered by the Royal Mail.

UK delivery

Standard delivery (2 - 4 working days) costs £3.89.

If you make your purchase via 'SHOP PAY' you will be able to track your order much easier.

European delivery

We have a flat rate delivery option for all European orders of £15.95 (plus your country’s import & duties), which takes 2 - 11 working days. Your order will be fully tracked.

Liloli cannot be held responsible for local customs and duty charges on any items purchased through our website. If you are ordering outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your parcel.

International delivery

We have a flat rate delivery option for all International orders of £24.70 (plus your country’s import & duties), which takes 3 - 17 working days. Your order will be fully tracked.
